Kanada-Ya is an award-winning group of restaurants that are known for their ramen acumen, using pork bones that have been simmered for no fewer than 18 hours to create their rich, steamy broth.
Exclusive to London, Kanada-Ya’s speciality is an authentic tonkotsu dish that consists of pork and corn-fed chicken bone broth, chashu pork belly, spring onion, wood ear fungus and yuzu-shoyu. There are plenty of other toppings to choose from when choosing your ramen, including white truffle oil, hanjuku egg and asparagus. The eateries also serve a selection of Japanese delicacies and small plates, for example gyoza and edamame.
Launching its first restaurant in 2014, Kanada-Ya quickly found success in the capital. The group is now preparing for the opening of its fifth London branch. Their new ramen joint is located in Ealing and will open on 17 October. To celebrate, Kanada-Ya is offering customers a 50% discount on all food at the Ealing branch during their soft launch on 17–19 October. To get access to the offer, simply sign up here.
