Stack & Still, a much-loved Scottish pancake house, is now expanding to London. The chain operates several locations across Scotland and the London debut marks its first foray into England. This flagship branch will open in Leicester Square, with the brand’s executive head chef, Ryan Hawes, relocating to London to work as head chef for the branch.
The restaurant will be at the former site of US transplant Mod Pizza, with space for 225 diners across three floors and an outer terrace. This venue is part of Stack & Still’s plans to double in size over the next two years, including opening further locations in London.
A friendly and contemporary eatery designed for the whole family, the restaurant serves stacks of fluffy pancakes loaded with sweet or savoury ingredients – in fact, so many toppings are available that there are around 12 million possible combinations and you could eat a different dish every day for over 35,000 years! Stack & Still also serves signature options like the savoury falafel stack or the fruity strawberry cheesecake stack. You can also purchase a full range of pancake mixes to enjoy at home.
Following an extensive refurbishment of the site, Stack & Still will be open for those Londoners who love breakfast at any time of day. An exact opening date is yet to be confirmed.
