For a limited time only – four short days, in fact – culinary end boss Wolfgang Puck will be bringing a taste of his iconic Beverly Hills establishment Spago to Cut at 45 Park Lane.
The renowned Spago in Beverly Hills is regularly cited as one of the top restaurants in the USA and redefined Californian cuisine when it first launched in the 1980s. It was the first venture by Wolfgang Puck, a globally acclaimed chef whose credentials include cooking for the Academy Awards for over three decades, receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and being one of the 100 Most Powerful People in Global Hospitality in 2022.
From 30 March to 2 April, Spago will pop up at another Wolfgang Puck establishment, the contemporary American steakhouse Cut at 45 Park Lane. Londoners will be able to get a taste of the delectable Californian cuisine for the first time in six years and perhaps even catch a glimpse of the chef himself. The menu at the Dorchester Collection's hotel will include signature dishes such as smoked salmon pizza, stir -fried black pepper lobster, and Wolfgang's childhood chicken bouillon.
As mentioned, Spago will be in town only a few days, so best get booking.
