Inspired by the five-star Dorchester hotel's many connections to James Bond, including hosting author Ian Fleming who invented the titular Vesper Martini, the Martin Brudnizki-designed Vesper Bar is styled as an ornate 1930s lounge. Martinis are the star of the show, with other signature cocktails, poured into bespoke glassware, and luxurious snacks available as well.
