Have never before encountered a more UNSERIOUS traders in skönhetsbranchen!
Found here due to a "Lets deal-offer ' cheap Brazilian waxing (which by the way was performed with good results), but that ended in the looong waiting for my money back after another purchase of a" Hammam-treatment "(not Lets deal) which not was by then the practitioner became ill. After many failed attempts to re-routing of this treatment by the home side, phone calls and emails without results-see below:
-mail address on the home page does not work, they rarely answer the telephone, a number 073 I got to "Chris" had no subscriber etc.?!?!, I personally visited the salon on NOTICE!!! Ölandsgatan 42 Skanstull (rosenlundsgatan 20 is their old address).
I knew not then that it would take me just over 3 weeks!!! to recover £ 750 (the value of Hammam-treatment which was Christmas present to myself and my husband) as promised by the "Chris" personally and who would be paid "immediately" to my bank account.
The consequence of this has been much irritation, headaches, stomach pain and seeking help from various agencies to pursue this case further to such as Bailiff and ARN.
Everything has been so incredibly bad and unprofessional that I don't have words for it. ..
If you can pay cash or "swischa" money (they are not short) and PAY FOLLOWING the TREATMENT, you can go here at your own risk, but to purchase gift certificates or pay in advance is recommended ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
Note: who said that the company's/the address, mail, some phone numbers and staff (Chris) and accountant Asa (the woman who managed the repayment) is no longer correct, out of order, not a Subscriber, rarely or never respond.
My rekommendetation: DO NOT GO HERE!!!
