I always have the side parts so now my hair is crooked, I only realized it when it was too late. She took several other calls during the time which meant that my haircut only took about 35 minutes, felt very unworth paying 600 SEK for. She barely styled it so left with flat and dull hair. I wasn't offered coffee even though they had a machine, she burned my scalp with the blow dryer and in the end she didn't even ask if I was satisfied but just said: "how nice and fresh it turned out now, great I think". But it's good that you as a hairdresser were satisfied, that's the most important thing. Will never go back there and don't recommend anyone else to do it either.
