A fascinating collection in an impressive building, always a good way to spend a couple of hours.
Excellent museum, covering lots of different eras and countries and topics. Always something interesting to see here. Make sure to check out the gift shop too, it's got excellent souvenirs.
Pretty epic castle, with loads of different historic things to see, from weapons and clothing to the grounds themselves. The guided tour is worth your time, and if nothing else, definitely go see the Crown Jewels - they're spectacular in person.
Nice place for a walk, very peaceful despite being in a very urban area.
Blackhorse Workshop Cafe never disappoints. The food is consistently good and interesting, the coffee is good, the place is simple but nice. It's great in nice weather, with a chill outdoor terrace. I highly recommend the French toast - if you're feeling too full after a meal, they can do...
It’s always busy and crowded, especially during tourist season, so don’t come here expecting to eat in peace, but it’s popular for a reason. The food you can get at the stalls here is varied, authentic and flavourful, ideal for a quick lunch breakor sightseeing snack.
A really cosy place with very good British food - I still can't get over the quiche. The decor is beautiful too, and they're very dog-friendly to boot.
