I've been on a dozen or so times downright Dayspa & enjoyed every minute when massage therapists are amazing there. I too have asked to reserve a specific masseuse then in reply to & received you can not book a special when everyone is considered equal in their designs. Nice that they do not distinguish on their staff, but as a customer, it should be a matter of course to have the option. As shown in the following writers, this is something I too noticed, but not directly complained about not having been sure if it was just me or my watch it every error, but that time is cut by about 10 min at all times is true. Perhaps they believe that time to dress off on before & before included in betald tid? Today, however, was the last time I booked a massage at DaySpa. I'm calling to make an appointment &, everything goes smoothly until it's time to choose your side orders like I always declined all previous times without problem. This time I informed that the concept is based on the addition of side orders to his massage which makes me question whether this is a compulsion. The guy says that it sounds so negative that see it as a constraint, but as I say that I never got the info before the last 2 years so will this as a novelty for me. I decide not to book then I do not want to feel compelled to add anything I don't have to answer that & must be because I don't want to pay for something that is worth the money. I make a parable in that if I were to go to McDonald's and order a Burger, do I have to pay for a side orders that I did not want just because it is part of their concept? The guy on the phone tells me that now he sees that I have only been with them once during the last year 4 times I don't like & States & rebukes me with that I indeed "gotten away" with not having to pay for side orders. I have not even been aware that I "escaped" something when there's never been a problem when I declined the side orders upon request. He not only challenged my honesty, without indirectly stated that I should be mean, and made me feel very uneasy & stupid explained during our conversation. After reading the bad reviews they received so they should review their customer service. I have been through the bad treatment before, but this takes the prize & they have lost my recommendations as well as me as a customer. I regret bitterly that I recommended near & ones that gone there, I regret that I defended DaySpa when 2 of my friends were unhappy with his visit. I see now that there are multiple reasons for dissatisfaction.
