Däremot måste jag säga att jag och mitt sällskap är väldigt besvikna på maten. Jag är ledsen men tryffelpastan föll helt platt för oss och var inte särskilt smakrik. Vi hade ett sällskap bredvid oss som beställt samma rätt och även de uttryckte samma åsikt kring pastan.. De alkoholfria drinkarna var inte heller någon höjdare tyvärr. Små plastglas med stora iskuber i, så mycket dricka får du inte och jag har nog inte druckit en så tråkig mojito tidigare som den jag fick här. Tråkigt, då förväntningarna på restaurangen var väldigt höga.

My first visit was good, the food was good and the view is amazing, however, we felt that the service was not really on top even then.. However, it is nowhere near so poor the service was my second time that I planned a visit. A booking was made by phone for my birthday dinner for a slightly larger party. That's why I asked for a long table by the window that we could sit together at. And got in response that there were no problems and would be arranged. More info than that I did not get, more than that an email would be sent to me with booking confirmation. Indeed, an email will come later that I need to confirm. All of a sudden I see that we first of all need to order either 2 rätter or 3 course for our visit. Then they have also written that my party of 10 p will have to sit at two separate tables ( even though I have been promised something else first) And finally I see that a cancellation must be made no later than 3 days before the booked date otherwise I will be charged 450 SEK per person?! None of this was mentioned on the phone in connection with the booking, and that none of this that I received in emails afterwards was on the website. Had I known that my party will be allowed to sit at two different tables, MUST order either 2/3 course and that cancellation is valid 3 days before otherwise I will be charged 450KR per person, I had never called and booked in the first place. When I call the restaurant to explain my concerns and find a good solution, I just get bad treatment and the guy has a very good tone throughout the conversation. It was the same for my friend when she called there because she too found a good solution, then the guy spoke to her in a condescending way and expressions like "Little Old Lady" I've been working in a restaurant for years and I know how tough the profession can be. But speaking and treating a guest in the way I've been treated is beneath all the criticism. Have never felt the need to write a review but this is the first time I felt that the service has been so bad that it is needed.
We finally had to cancel the table without charge, which I am very relieved to see when I did not want to visit this restaurant anymore. Very sad that such a nice place with so much potential falls because of its poor service. The only thing that would bring me and my company back is if they made changes among those who are employed today.
