Went there to loop up the hair brighter, the hairdresser advised me to instead dye the whole hair and said that I would still have shades, ended with my hair was darker than before (ie the opposite of those I asked for) and a very flat color. She also advised me to cut myself even though they did not what why I got there, I agreed to this but unfortunately the clipping was uneven and she cut off far too much. Do not listen to the customer and are not good.
