Such a bad response. We would have liked a cozy and quiet table when we celebrated the anniversary, but get wedged at a small small table between two large groups. The rest of the restaurant was almost empty. Then I asked nicely if we could sit at a quieter table and then she sits us out on the terrace in the middle of the aisle where everyone walks by all the time. She was also very nice to us. I got teary-eyed and we got up and walked away. I work in service myself and know that it can be stressful, but I have never experienced anything like this.
