Incredibly rude and haughty staff. Especially the older lady who work there do not seem to have any idea of what the service is. I went in and asked if a Chloé bag, because I was looking for a specific size and color. In addition to the haughty behaviour, I was also questioned and she claimed that I was mistaken about the name/size etc. After having done a little research, it turned out that I was right, but still no excuse. Incomprehensible for a deal on that level. So much better service abroad and would not wait for the next trip abroad to get what you want is online shopping a lot better and nicer, options!
