Was in Hagsätra at their salon and had booked single lashes.
I said I wanted the single lashes to look as natural as possible, which the woman who performed the treatment promised I would get. But when I opened my eyes after two hours and saw the results, I got a shock! The woman had made volume lashes on me! she had pasted 5 lashes/ per fringe of my own. So the execution was definitely not what I had paid for. I immediately asked her to cut them shorter so I absolutely didn't want to look like Bambi. When I said that I was unhappy and that I either wanted my money back or a new treatment where they had the opportunity to correct the error, they (the woman and a man who called themselves boss for the place) became unpleasant and ignored me. When I asked to see the woman's license, they told me I didn't get to see it, I doubt she even has any education when she gets the wrong singles and volume lashes.
Then I never received a receipt for the treatment and had to pay in cash. The money I got in gear, she took up from her own pocket.
I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone!
