Unfortunately, they absolutely cannot RECOMMEND them given how they process their customers' appointments and reschedule them at short notice and without personal service. Cancelled my planned visits twice in a row! The first time the booking was made almost 1 month in advance and 2 WEEKS before the visit they sent an SMS informing that the hairdresser was getting a holiday!! The second time, it got even worse. Only a day before the visit, they sent an SMS again and suggested moving the time until the next day when the hairdresser had personal problems. And the next day, the same day when the visit was due to take place, they called and informed that it was cancelled and suggested only 2 time options that did not really fit. In other words, no respect for customers' time and no personal service.. c'mon to send SMS here and there and suggest a couple of options when you cancel same-day visits, is it "personal service and customer in focus"?

Vi förstår dig till 100% verkligen, men med covid-19 som härjar så måste personalen hålla sig hemma vid minsta lilla. Även våra kollegor som har barn hemma blir tvungna av förskolan att hålla sina barn hemma vid minsta lilla symptom. Och då blir det lätt såhär tyvärr, så ledsen för detta. Vi vet att dina tider blev flyttade flera gånger och vi ber om ursäkt för detta.
