Visited with my wife when flying out to Kenya on the 24/9/24. Ordered 2 x toasties. Near completion of my food I found a caterpillar on my plate. The manager was informed and he approached me and authorised a full refund. The refund has never been paid and following 4 emails to the restaurant group without reply it is obvious there complaint procedure is to ignore and hopefully I would go away. This is totally unacceptable and i would encourage people to avoid any of their franchises
