An example of kooky smartness, is that there is no ordinary tap water, the alternative is canned-water/soda for 15:-. It feels churlish and they seem more focused on short-term ' hit and run ' instead of long-term loyalty.
Above it says about how crowded the restaurant is. I was there dot at 12 o'clock, and was the only guest in 45 minutes. Although I myself was it took almost half an hour to get my dumplings.
