My very first visit to Brasserie Balzac was a positive surprise. Good food and very nice staff. All the customers were happy. The patios were occupied; Most of the places were indoors. Exquisite wines and at the same price, if I understood correctly. I recommend Brasserie Balzac and I'm curious if in the fall I will find there equally happy and loud customers. Note that you can order different kinds of ice cream, I prefer vanilla. This is my impression about Brasserie Balzac, but I am an amateur, not a professional judge.
