Been there several times and had a cozy time but the last time was horrible. The receptionist was completely inhuman. Had bought gift cards to be used in the spring but then covid19 happened and a family member became very seriously ill (respirator for 6 weeks) and we didn't think about the expiration date at all. When I got there I was met by a receptionist who just coldly said "it doesn't apply anymore", "no we can't do anything", "you have to buy something new" I asked her if we could talk to someone responsible "I'm the one responsible" I got the answer. I'm going to try to take this further and if I don't get my money back or can use what I paid for, I will never visit the place again and everyone I know will know how they treat their customers.
