Restaurang Tiljan is on the ground floor of Gothenburg City Theatre, with its own entrance from Berzeliigatan. Tiljan's head chef Stefan Stenbom has created a menu in collaboration with celebrity chef Ulf Wagner and dishes have classic flavours such as Tiljan's own Toast Skagen, fish pie and homemade ice cream and sorbet. The atmosphere is warm and intimate with muted colours and lighting and theatre posters on the walls. The restaurant also houses a large wine cellar.
