Epoque

Epoque, who opened up their doors in 2017, are run by the same people as Publik in Lysekil. Drop by for dinner, a few snacks, beer, wine or a cocktail in the bar. Flavours come primarily from Sweden and southern Europe, with updated classics and selected ingredients on the menu. 

”Tasty nosh and great wine" are the order of the day at Södra Vägen 8, a stone's throw from Liseberg and Skandinavium arena. Here at Epoque they've created a relaxed, warm atmosphere that feels like stepping into someone's living room. The dining room and bar are decorated with white tiles, shelves full of wine, brown leather sofas, artworks and vintage lamps. Guests are welcome whether it's for a drink at the bar with a few snacks or a slap-up dinner with several courses. 

The menu varies depending on the season and consists of both main courses and sharing menus with accompanying wine packages. Swedish culinary traditions and flavours form the basis of the menu, but French influences also make themselves felt. If you want to drop in and have something light you can order a few oysters and champagne or something else from the snack menu. You can also drop by for a beer, cocktail or wine. The restaurant is passionate about wine and offers a generous selection of labels, primarily from French wine regions but also other parts of the world.
