Get a taste of Colombia at Viajante87's supper club on 19 May

On Sunday, May 19th, Celele, which is No. 16 in Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants 2023 and is known for its delicious fusion of Colombian-Caribbean cuisines, will serve up a four-course feast at Viajante87, which you would otherwise have to travel around the world to enjoy. Each dish will be paired with a cocktail crafted by the team from Alquimico in Colombia, which placed No. 9 in The World's 50 Best Bars of 2023.

Starters will include Golden Lemon with Prawn and Coconut and Tuna with Orejero, Sabanero Sesame Paste, and Long Green Beans. The mains will be Morrillo Beef in Posta Cartagenera Sauce with Corn Textures. Dessert will include Coconut and Flower of Love Sorbet with Gooseberries and Grapefruit.

Doors open at 5.30 pm, where you'll get to enjoy a welcome cocktail, with dinner starting from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, followed by a complete takeover of the bar from 8.00 pm onwards by Alquímico, serving even more fantastic drinks from the incredible team known for their creativity, innovation and infectious energy.
