If you’ve ever visited one of Temper’s restaurants, you’ll know just how excellent it is. These smokehouse spots take it up a notch when it comes to barbecued dishes, like smoked bone marrow with chimichurri salsa and rare-breed steaks, not to mention their extensive list of creative cocktails.
Well, the good news is on 1st October, they're opening a fourth restaurant in Shoreditch, and with that, they’re launching a range of smoking hot new dishes.
They’ll be cooking meaty dishes over a roaring fire, like smoked brisket tacos with pit-roasted clam, anchovy and beef fat mayonnaise, and whole duck carnitas with offal, crispy skin and pickled kumquats, all piled up on a homemade paratha. If that doesn’t get you excited, then their bottomless brunch might. It’s a meat-lovers feast, with coal-roasted, dry-aged Belted Galloway beef, pork burnt ends, smoked beef sausages and Andean yellow potatoes served with an assortment of side dishes. All of their meat is butchered in-house to make the most of the rare breed beef they source from Summerstone Estate in Yorkshire. Alongside this meat feast, you’ll get to enjoy 90 minutes of unlimited drinks.
It doesn’t stop there; their Sunday roast is also available to sink your teeth into, with huge platters of beef-fat roast potatoes and giant Yorkshire puddings. Get booking.
