One of the nation's favourite burger joints, Byron Burger, has announced the return of their legendary Run Rarebit Run Burger on 28th March. Byron Burgers is delving deep into its archives and has decided to bring back some of its most legendary burgers from the past, and this month they've chosen the cheesy favourite from years gone by.

Founder and head chef of Byron, Tom Byng and Fred Smith, created the limited edition burger, which was a hit in stores all around the UK. A juicy 6oz British beef patty is topped with smoked streaky bacon and covered in a blanket of oozy Rarebit cheese, pickled cucumbers, red onion and spicy mustard mayo.

To top it all off, they're also launching their new Byronoffee Shake on the 28th of March; hefty scoops of vanilla ice cream blended with fresh banana and caramel sauce and topped with an indulgent swirl of cream. That's dessert sorted, then.

In the coming months, burger-loving Brits can expect the return of many other much-loved classics, so keep your eyes peeled for future announcements.

Get your Welsh rarebit burger fix from 28th March at all 12 Byron restaurants across the UK and via delivery.
