This cosy Hackney aperitivo bar is inspired by the alleyway bars you duck into for a delicious titbit and a refreshing cocktail while traversing the streets of Madrid, Milan, and similar cities. The titular deep cuts refer to seldom seen vintages. The small plates menu has roots all over the world and is as like to feature gyozas as chorizo. Vermouth, cocktails, and other holiday standbys are also available.
