One of the hottest spots in East London, Kraft Dalston is a collaboration between German Kraft Brewery, the Jim and Tonic Distillery, and changing kitchen residencies. With a brewery that's an integral part of the Kingsland Locke hotel, German Kraft serves unfiltered, unpasteurised beer straight from the tank, pouring fresh pilsners, IPAs and more. You can sneak a peek at the beer production during your visit, or you can book a tour of the brewery itself for a more in-depth look at the brewing magic. Next to the brewery and sharing an environmentally-minded ethos, Jim and Tonic distil their award-winning craft gins using sustainable methods and carefully sourced ingredients to produce dry gin, rhubarb gin and more. Meanwhile, the visiting food vendors provide gourmet meals and snacks, with past occupants including Le Bab and Nativo.
