Lorian is a combined 45-seater restaurant and a delicatessen championing local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients. The veg-centric menu changes daily and is overseen by head chef Emily Dobbs, previously of Petersham Nurseries and Ducksoup. Dobbs aims for simplistic dishes that are more than the sum of their parts, such as grilled homegrown greens with lemon and seeds, or new potatoes and pumpkin seed romesco. The deli also offers takeaway salads, as well as breads, pastries and cakes.
