Review of Balboa – by Vesna D. Share Report Vesna D. Expert Balboa 19 September 2022 Very nice Colombian restaurant with a homey vibe. The arepas and empanadas were especially delicious, as was the cheesy waffle with pineapple we had for dessert. It is BYOB, as they dont sell alcohol.
