Had a steak tartare and have eaten better in my days. Relatively expensive and the portion for a large one was a bit in my opinion and the side dish (fries) it wasn't quite ready either. Har alltid haft Flipping som en referensburgare men när jag var där i går blev jag så besviken. Burgaren var kall, brödet var tort och det var liksom inte så mkt mer som hände. Helt platt. Det finns helt klart bättre burgarställen just nu i Stockholm än Flipping.

We ran the Valentine's Day menu on 14/2 and it starts well but got the feeling that we needed to hurry up.
