I was hired at weekday Götgatan as a substitute, and the first day I was introduced together with a guy who was also hired. A few days later I booked my real pass and then one of the team management she demanded that I must know the name of all the jeans, and she got mad because I couldn't which I think you learn over time while helping the customers, and it is impossible to know everything right away on the first day but the team manager demanded it, which gives a lot of pressure. And when I stood at the checkout and needed help with online return because I didn't have a code ,she got mad because I asked for help, after that she said that the guy who started working with me, he is much better than me and I don't work intensively, she said, and it sounds like she is comparing me to another colleague and she was very controlling and directs what I do down to the smallest detail and I found that very stressful, frustrating. From the first day I felt that I had no feelings of freedom in the workplace because of her great need for control. After other short sessions, she called me and said that I had not worked to her expectations and the contract is over. So I got fired over the phone. :) so disgusting. I'm writing this because she in team management changes her behaviour so that no new ones needs to experience the same as me and feel bad about it :) and furthermore it can also affect the whole company.
