I was here with some friends to grab some sweaters, it was the last stop of the day and we came in about an hour before closing time, I was walking around, picking out the clothes I wanted and was just gonna makes sure to try two shirts on to see if I was a S or XS, before heading of to the counter to purchase about 10 pieces, my friends walked to the counter while I was going to the fitting rooms,
The fitting room was still full with people but the girl in the dressing room informed me that I could not try it on because they were closing in about 15minutes, I told here that I only needed to try on these two ones so I knew I had the right size, pointed out it’s already plenty of people left in the changing room, and it will only be a minute.
She kept saying no, so I asked her if she rather see me walk out here not buying anything and never come back again, she said yes, so I let her keep the clothes and me and my friends that supposedly was gonna purchased between 5-10 pieces each walked out of there buying nothing.
Worst costumer service of the year.
