The First time we were there we were scalded in our baths which was so hot that it was not even going to swim in, however, We received a gift voucher for compensation. When They were to be used, we came five minutes before booked time-met by a girl who was in a private conversation and did not even look at us when we arrived. After ten minutes someone else came and showed us and asked us to wait. Ten minutes after that, we got to put us in the bath-when we put ourselves to the door, it knocks on the doorway and we get to step up. Then They forget to give us a fruit plates. After The bath was meant that we could get with us the algae home-however, there is no staff there to help us or ask if we are satisfied.. We get dressed and go from there. Then someone calls and accuses us that inye have paid even though we left our gift card before we arrived. Total catastrophe.
