Goda smaker men alldeles för sorterade ingredienser i brödet enligt mig. Första fem tuggorna var tomat och rödlök sen började gottigheterna dyka upp sakta men säkert. Våra pommes till var lite av en blandning av ny batch gammal batch så vissa var krispiga och goa men några var kalla och soggiga 🥲

Yesterday was really summer, the outdoor terraces full and warm in the air. Once at the restaurant there are tables out in lovely colors. We step into the room which is nicely coloured and has nice lighting. Met by head waiters who show us to the table, we are placed at the far end of the room next to the kitchen. I personally love sitting near the cooking kitchen to see how the chefs create magic. Here, unfortunately, it was a rather grim experience unfortunately when the staff started arguing and the atmosphere did not feel at all pleasant between those after (contagious on the service). At the same time, it is a new place so many things probably do not work completely 100 yet, which of course you understand.

We started with some snacks in the form of arancini and freshly baked bread with cream cheese. At first we got 3 arancini but the waiter quickly realized the mistake when the party is 4 people and fixed a quick extra. Freshly baked bread was bread but nothing more than that. Then it was time for some middle dishes, here only I was satisfied but the company quite disappointed. In the booking you had to fill in that three are vegetarians out of 4. Despite this, there were only two intermediate dishes that were vegetarian and no other dish could be solved.
