Kommer in och blir hänvisade till vårt bord av en trevlig servitör. Beställer två fräscha och goda bellinis som fördrink och beställer sedan maten.

Servitören svarar proffisigt på alla frågor jag har. Allt ifrån vilket vin som passar huvudrätten till vad sjutton leche är för något.

Förrätten bestod av eldad kammussla med leche, avokadocremé, krutonger & koriander. Väldigt god och fräsch förrätt.
Till huvudrätt blev det halstrad gös med primörer, brynt smör, pepparrotscréme & dillslungad potatis. Här var så gott som allting helt perfekt. Gick in i någon sorts trans medans jag åt. Ni måste bara prova denna.

Efteråt gick vi ner till baren Le Garage som ligger en trappa ner och drack en väldigt trevlig Gin & Tonic. Hade en fin kväll på Matboden och kommer definitivt tillbaka innan sommaren är slut.
