The food is quite okay/average. Expensive in relation to the quantity you get, but good. However, it is quite easy to put together a bill of a thousand kronor for two people if you each have a drink - and for that price you may well feel that you have been a little "cheated", but what - that is the whole business idea of a commercial business; Make money. Do you think you get popcorn as soon as you come in because Pinchos are nice? Popcorn is cheap. And salt. Salt makes you thirsty and thirsty customers buy drinks. Drinking has a good margin. Boom. Your money in their pocket. Then you get free tapas in the app to lure you back. Smart.
The plank is good but the meat offers a little too much chewing resistance, halloumi ippers were a bit too cool, Ndujan was good/spicy but too cool, Crispy chicken good but cool, Beef taco was juicy and tasty - but cool, Chicken popcorn was quite bland (feels like you are frying a cubic centimeter of meat) and cool, Tostada had a pretty fuzzy taste and was cool, Churros were a bit soft, flabby and cool, Calamares were nice with good bounce and flavor, Fried dumplings were quite boring too - too crispy/dry and the overall theme: Not very hot. If they get the temperature of the food up, it will be a stronger three, now it is a weak three.
I think the service left a lot to be desired when the staff stands and wipes the tables instead of removing the empty planks. Hey, don't you want us to buy/have room for more, like? Apart from that... Average.

We had a company party here and got really sour reception from the operations manager who acted as waiter during the evening. She seemed really annoyed by the heat in the room (like it was our fault?), a colleague asked if there would be a refill of a dish at the buffet and got a really snide answer. Later in the evening, as she stood with her back to, busy with another colleague, I tapped her lightly on the arm to (make myself noted/ get service when she was done with my colleague). Then she turns around like I've pinched her ass and adopts a "bitch please" pose, holding up her hand and sniffing "You'll have to wait!". Then, of course, she disappears anyway without giving me any notice. Cred to the Khal Drogo-like waiter who acted calmly and professionally and helped me to a non-alcoholic beverage option. It was not picked off properly on the tables and some of the service staff barely spoke Swedish. Okay, I'm used to the service you get at Esperanto, Oaxen slip, Ekstedt and other places of rank - but I hadn't even expected a reception like this at Jensen's bøfhus. Embarrassing. Since I still feel annoyed by this, I say; Congratulations on the bottom grade.
