Brödfabriken i Jonsered is housed in light, airy industrial premises in the heart of the Jonsereds Fabriker former factory area in Partille. The counter is full of freshly-baked artisanal bread, fresh buns and masses of cakes and pastries such as carrot cake, croissants and popular semlor Lenten buns during semla season. Brödfabriken i Jonsered have won prizes for their buns and semlor, so if you're a fan of these sweet treats a visit here is particularly recommended. 

In addition to buying bread and pastries you can also visit Brödfabriken i Jonsered for breakfast, lunch or fika. The bakery opens early in the morning and serves coffee, breakfast sandwiches and other breakfast favourites to start the day with. At lunchtime you can choose a slightly more filling sandwich followed by something sweet. The selection of bread and cakes and pastries is constantly changing, so there's always something new to try. On certain days they bake sourdough pizza with varying toppings, a recurrent lunchtime favourite.
