In a cozy and quiet newly renovated premises, which used to be Sportbaren Plain Kitchen, there is now a new top restaurant in Gothenburg. Everyone in the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. We chose a 7 course menu with accompanying wine package and the chefs took turns serving and presenting the different dishes, as well as the sommelier who served the well-matched and good wines made absolutely perfect presentations of the wines in an informative and pleasant way. What stands out the most is of course that the food was absolutely amazing!
I would like to go back here again and the menus will apparently be updated continuously, which is fun.
