Permanently Unique, the Manchester restaurant group known for combining over-the-top decor with a refined and visually appealing culinary offering at their venues, is expanding two of its latest big hitters to London.

Opened over the past year, Fenix and Louis have quickly established themselves among the buzziest restaurants in Manchester, with the former piling on the Olympian splendour to go with its Greek feasts, while the latter is a glamorous paean to the 1950s with comforting American-Italian food and a “no photos” policy.

With both proving to be a success, Permanently Unique is now looking into expanding them to London, following in the footsteps of arguably its breakthrough venture, Tattu. The contemporary Chinese restaurant also started out in Manchester and now has multiple branches across the UK, including London.

Permanently Unique is looking to replicate Tattu's success with both Fenix and Louis, and has already lined up sites for both to launch next year. No further details are available at this time, but we'll keep you posted soon as we know.
