Trivia: Permit Room is named after the bars where only permit-holders were allowed to consume alcohol according to the 1949 Bombay Prohibition Act.

Permit Room is the more casual spin-off of the ever-popular Dishoom, and this is its inaugural London location. The all-day bar and café offers select Dishoom classics as well as new menu items, serving food from breakfast through to dinner. Cocktails inspired by Bombay's drinking history help the time fly by at the relaxed, sociable venue, and live DJs and other events add to the fun ambiance.
