Before deciding to scale down and focus on her family, chef Nicky Santichatsak ran up to a dozen award-winning Thai Tho restaurants around South West London, catering to the Thai Royal Family among others. Now, one of her remaining outposts can be found in Wimbledon. The stylish, colourful eatery regularly hosts famous tennis players such as Andy Murray or the Williams sisters.
