Located beneath a Grade I-listed church in Mayfair, Undercroft features an impressive, dramatic setting with vaulted ceilings, art on the walls, an open kitchen, and a wine room. The restaurant is headed by acclaimed Brummie chef Brad Carter, who presents his own take on classic British cuisine with dishes such as wild garlic chicken toast or BBQ aged duck with offal'd oats.
