Swanky department store. You can find nice things here even if you’re on a budget though, and it’s nice for a wander in any case. Worth stopping by for the annual Christmas lights display too, the whole building is turned into an advent calendar!
A cosy local spot with really delicious Asian food. I always go for the noodles, but be careful if you don't like spicy food - they don't hold back. Really affordable prices too.
Pretty banging nightclub, though a bit too glitzy for my taste. It spans different rooms, all with a grand mansion-like feel, so there’s plenty of corners to hang out if you don’t feel like dancing, especially as the dance floor can get a bit too crowded. Music-wise, the main floor was m...

Cosy little diner with really cheap breakfasts - you can build your own fry-up just the way you like it, and there’s all sorts of options to choose from. There isn’t a lot of room, but the staff are friendly and the food is good and filling. Great for curing a hangover!
Neat pub in Clapton, good food, good beer. Lots of space and a fun vibe.
