Eliot's reviews
The only time I've really enjoyed thick pancakes was here. They are fantastic
One of the oldest and most atmospheric pubs in London, with 13th century cellars and great beers
Strange and old fashioned at first glance, but this is definitely a good thing. Some real classics of French cooking that are made with care and skill. The tartare, made at the table, was a real highlight
Eating here is always a pleasure and a surprise. Just let the kitchen decide what to give you. Even if you don't love everything it will always be interesting and a new experience - and very well cooked. This was the restaurant that first got me to appreciate intestines. Enough said
