This light, airy restaurant has an open kitchen and big ambitions. The food they serve is decided by the seasons, but the menu always includes plenty of plant-based dishes. As well as weekday lunches, they're open for post-work drinks and pizza on Friday evenings.

Pared-back is the name of the game at Fabrick, both food and interiors-wise. The lunch menu is simple and seasonal and the daily lunch special is based on the ingredients nature, and local producers, have to offer. They have a large selection of wine, specialising in exciting, slightly unusual sorts. Treat yourself to a glass at lunchtime or come back later for a wine tasting. On Friday evenings, Fabrick opens up for post-work pizzas and drinks.
