The second London venture from chef Santiago Lastra of the Michelin-starred Kol, Fonda is a contemporary Mexican restaurant that aims to showcase regional cuisine from across the Latin American country. The restaurant's interior is inspired by Yucatan haciendas and Mexican textiles, with the setting revolving around a traditional Mexican clay griddle, the comal.
