Have been here both before and after the latest renovation, and once in the middle of a festival so small thieves ran everywhere and roared or pep, but now not since after Corona broke out (so iinot really a current situation report).
Like more quirky Riverside than this more Contemporary hotel, despite the location.
Things are OK, but something doesn't really work out for me (maybe because I look at the place with hotel eyes).
I like the different ingredients – sleeping and eating breakfast – without it being exceptional.
3.5 is probably the fairest.
