Me and some girlfriends had booked Ma Cuisine for a Saturday lunch last weekend. Cozy nice little bistro with nice color on the wall combined with dark tables and chairs. Me and my friend would share a portion of mussels with french fries and a salmon with potato stomp and elderflower cream. Yum! The food tasted good, but unfortunately the portion of mussels was too small. I ordered a large portion (you could choose between the bar and large) and there were 15 mussels of which 2 were closed, which means 13 edible mussels. I'm sorry, but who's even getting fed up with them? I asked if maybe it was wrong and me and my 3e friend who also took mussels happened to get a small portion ist for a big one that we ordered. "No" was the answer. Nah I said and happened to (maybe a bit screwed up by me) say that "no guy would be fed on this" whereupon the waiter did not think what I said was so gender thinking because he was very small in the food. And that I could order more. 1 - It is scientifically proven that men need to eat more food than women as they should eat more calories per day and are generally larger than women. There are of course exceptions 2- Absolutely, gladly pay 195 SEK to for 13 mouse slot. Note!
I have worked at a restaurant for several years myself and those of you who have followed my previous reviews know that service is incredibly important in the whole of my assessment of my restaurant visit. If I was a waiter, I'd have told you. " ok, do you think the portion is small? Let us know if you still do not feel full so we are happy to fill up" So generally all restaurants. It would make me and my friend much happier and my overall impression of the restaurant would have been so much better. In addition, mussels are a very cheap raw material so it costs the restaurant so small to make any satisfied. I would have given the restaurant 4 or 5 if the reception was not so flat. now they get a 3a but it is close to a 2a. Unfortunately, went from there hungry and a little easily irritated.
