Have run some escape rooms now, this was of good quality and Minna who was in charge of it was nice and clear.
What I think can be improved overall is the whole story. I've been to escape rooms where the story starts already outside the room and you get drawn into the story. Vehemently! (The best one I've been to is in Malmö and is called Sherlocked.)
But 4/5, clearly a good place. Would love to come back!
