Mosebacke Matstudio

From small cookery events to major recordings 

Mosebacke Matstudio has a cosy, homely kitchen where you can hold everything from small cookery events to courses, wine tastings and major recordings. The studio is run by Karolina Sparring and Johanna Westman, a duo with a passion for simple, delicious flavours and ingredients in season. 

Karolina Sparring and Johanna Westman have held courses for children and adults, cooking events, recordings and cocktail parties since 2014. The 75 square metre kitchen studio can, among other things, be rented for smaller cooking events for 10-25 people or 40 people for cocktail parties, for which Mosebacke Matstudio creates a suitable menu. If you want to hold a small conference for up to 20 people, the studio organises a full day with breakfast, lunch and a cooking event. You can also use the kitchen for slightly larger recordings of cooking videos and commercials. 

If you're keen to improve your cooking skills, Mosebacke Matstudio holds courses for both children and adults, and can also arrange private courses for smaller groups. You're welcome to bring drinks with you if you wish. The idea of ​​the courses is to share knowledge and recipes that are easy to cook at home. The studio also collaborates with famous chefs and course leaders such as Erik Videgård, Tove Nilsson and Dennis Yen.
