A delicious and fun way to hang ou

The Moveat food tour takes visitors on a tasty walk through Stockholm's restaurants, bars and cafés. At each stop, something delicious to eat and drink awaits – and the best part? You get to do everything at your own pace and in your own order, by yourself or with your friends, without having to wait for a guide or a pre-arranged group.

With Moveat, you'll discover all the gems of the city, from hidden wine bars to classics that you may have passed hundreds of times. At each stop, you get a taste of a dish that distinguishes the place, and drinks can be purchased in both full and half glasses. All information, tickets, maps and menus are available in the app. When you buy a ticket, you choose the desired start time and then head to the starting point where you are checked in by Moveat staff and given your first taste. A round usually consists of 6–8 stops and a few kilometers of walking, which usually takes 4–5 hours.

Behind Moveat are two friends from Sweden who met at a rooftop bar in New York in connection with the North food festival. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry and the food world in Scandinavia, they shared a passion for local taste experiences, something they wanted to share with other foodies. The result was Moveat. From its beginnings in southern Sweden, Moveat has spread to cities in Norway, Denmark and Germany. It's a great way to get to know a new city – or to find new favourites in your hometown.
