Perfect location right in the middle of Hötorget. I have been here several times. Most recently at the beginning of December, and their Christmas decorations in the hotel lobby are among the coziest I've seen in Stockholm. Tall Christmas tree, music, garlands. Great atmosphere!
The bar itself is dark, with music and a cozy vibe that brings to mind an older New York with soft velvet furniture, brass, and waiters with suspenders.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, both when it came to arranging a table and during service. Our food took a little while to arrive, and they apologized profusely. (We were having such a good time that we didn't even notice it)
They have a smaller bar menu to choose from. Among other things, burgers, toast skagen, and Caesar salad. We ordered their beef tartar, which was very good. It felt classic, but still with a nice twist. The fries were good, though a bit too expensive for the small portion you got. In hindsight, it would probably have been more worthwhile to get a large beef tartar that includes fries.
The drinks are delightful (although perhaps a bit complicated at times, I prefer the classics the most - which they can, of course, whip up as well) and there is a lovely selection of wine.
